A Scent-A-Day with EdieAnne: Cinnamon Bear
Crisp, spicy cinnamon, reminiscent of Red Hots candy, with a touch of cloves.The fragrance is powerful, sweet-spicy, and hot, with fruity top notes. Signifying the overall harmony of a person are the scents cinnamon & clove. Clove’s scent developed a reputation, now backed by science, for being stimulating. The fragrance was also believed to be an aphrodisiac.
The aromatherapy oils from each different part of the clove tree are slightly different in scent and consistency, but they all generally have a warm, woody smell that may be slightly bitter.
This scent not only reminds me of Red Hots, but of Gummy Bears. So for me the scent takes me back to my childhood, whether it be for the yummy candies or the scent or apple & clove or orange and clove in the kitchen at Memere's.
