What's your WORD OF THE YEAR & why?
Mine is STRENGTH! I am finding my inner and outer strength this year. I became physically very weak after my surgery and now I am doing strength training but with that I need to find the strength internally to match! hashtag for the year is #findyourinnerstrength........ ps last year my word was awareness and hashtag was #payitforwardwithkindness #wordoftheyear2019
